My EASY Solution to Dinner Meal Planning Decisions!

 

Hey there friend!

Do you struggle with meal planning?

Does the task of deciding WHAT exactly to make for dinner stress you out and drive you absolutely bonkers?

This was 100% me!

I was tired and exhausted from standing in the kitchen debating WHAT I was going to commit myself to make for supper later that evening. I don’t know why, but making decisions sometimes can feel so overwhelming!

I have found a solution for myself that takes the stress out of meal planning- I hope it can help you too!

This is what I have been doing.

 

I decided to sit down and make a list of ALL the typical meals that I prepare as well as family favorites.

After I made my list, I wrote each “meal” down on a small piece of paper (Our family is primarily carnivore so you can see I primarily only include meat).

 
 
 

Then I just put all the little pieces of paper in a baggie and clipped it to the front of our fridge with a magnet.

 
 

When I go to plan our family meals for the week, I just pull out 7 papers and write them down! I use a meal planner/grocery list that I bought online to keep it organized (also located on fridge).

 
 

It is THAT SIMPLE! Now I don’t stress when it is time to meal plan!
